I'm nowhere near ready for a 100-miler (heck, right now I'm out for three more weeks at least with a stress fracture) but I've always had problems with my hands swelling horribly (with pain) at 10 miles and greater. In fact, my hands always seem slightly swollen all the time. I've always thought I needed more fluids but now I wonder if I've been overdoing it. I do take a diuretic, but hmmm. I don't do much salt on a regular basis either, maybe I need more salt? Thanks again, this is very thought-provoking. I've worried about my hands swelling and pain once I get to distances over 26.2 plus I'd like them to stop looking like little sausages all the time. The CilleyGirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06655326831902251300noreply@blogger.com
