Found your blog by chance.I am 56, run 3 ...Hi Dave,<br />Found your blog by chance.I am 56, run 3 times a week (about 10 -15 k's each). 2 months ago got hooked on going for ultra's.Done a few small 20to 25 k's. Have been reading through your blog lately...David,<br /><br />Have been reading through your blog lately for training ideas and learning a little about the ultra experience as I have my first ultra coming up at the end of September, a 56km ultra.
